India (Rajasthan) Phase 3 (INP3) Service Delivery Point Follow-up 4 (2023) Survey includes 134 enumeration areas (EAs) selected using a multi-stage stratified cluster design with urban-rural and region strata. The results are representative at the state level and within urban/rural strata. The final sample included 608 facilities which completed the interview. Data collection was conducted between September and October 2022.
