Burkina Faso Nutrition Round 2 Household, Female and Child (HQFCQ) survey used a two-stage cluster design with urban-rural strata. A sample of 83 enumeration areas (EAs) was drawn from the l’Institut National de la Statistique et de la Démographie (INSD) master sampling frame. In each EA, 43 households were randomly selected. Occupants in selected households were enumerated using the household roster section of the household questionnaire. In selected households, a female-child questionnaire was administered for each child under five years of age. A female-child questionnaire was also administered for each woman 10 to 49 years of age in a random 45% of households. Data collection was conducted between June and July 2018.
