Description:

India Round 1 (Rajasthan) Service Delivery Point (SQ) survey used a two-stage cluster design with urban-rural and regional strata.  In total there were 24 strata, 8 urban and 18 rural. A sample of 147 enumeration areas (EAs) was drawn by the International Institute of Population Sciences (IIPS) from the census.  Each EA was listed and mapped. Public facilities were included if a selected EA fell within the catchment area. Private facilities were included if they fell within the boundaries of the EA. Data collection was conducted between May and August, 2016.  The final sample was 308 SDPs.
