Description:

Nigeria (Oyo) Round 1 Service Delivery Point (SQ) survey used a two-stage cluster design with urban-rural as strata. A sample of 80 enumeration areas (EAs) was drawn from the National Population Commission's master sampling frame. In each EA private health facilities were listed and mapped. The final sample included 221 health, of which 103 are public. Data collection was conducted between November and December 2017. The Oyo state was not included in the national estimates since the Oyo data collection was done separately and its sampling method differed from those of other states. Thus, data for Oyo state is released separately in a different dataset.
