Ethiopia 2019 Cross-sectional Service Delivery Point (SQ) survey used a two-stage cluster design with urban-rural, major regions as strata. A total of 265 enumeration areas (EAs) selected from the master sample frame of the Central Statistical Agency. For each EA, all public SDPs that served the EA and up to 3 private facilities were selected. The final sample included 800 SDPs (97.9%) which completed the interview. Data collection was conducted between September and December 2019.
